Tips for a Guiltless Thanksgiving Feast
A few tips to keep you from feeling guilty about your Thanksgiving feast...without having to skip your favorites!

As you fill your plate, skip the regular foods that you get more often, such as breads and casseroles, so you can enjoy the foods that you usually only get at Thanksgiving.
Take more whole vegetables.
Remove the skin off of the turkey to reduce some of the calories.
Take smaller portions, so you can enjoy a bigger variety of all the foods you want to try.
Take time to enjoy the special treats so you only have to have 1 serving.
