HMH Board of Directors


Horn Memorial Hospital is private, not-for-profit corporation serving community residents in a 40-mile radius. Horn Memorial is governed by thirteen members making up the Board of Directors.

Board Members are elected for a three-year term by members of the corporation. A member can seek one re-election term. Current members and the year that they were elected or re-elected are as follows:

The hospital’s Annual Meeting is held the third Monday evening in April. The membership drive is held in March of each year with membership dues designated towards a piece of equipment.

To become a voting member, dues are:
$10 for a single, $20 for a family or $1,000 for a lifetime membership. Any contribution of $500 or more will appear on the Donor Recognition Board located in the hospital lobby.

Members who attend the Annual meeting will hear reports from the Administrator, Treasurer, Foundation, Auxiliary and Ida Grove Ambulance.
