New babies are exciting and require many adjustments. Our childbirth classes provide you with the information and skills needed to help you understand and deal with pregnancy, labor, delivery and the care of mom and baby after birth. We encourage you and your partner to attend early in pregnancy to receive the most benefit.

The book: "Understanding Birth" A web-enhanced parent guide allowing parents six months of access to video clips and printouts supplementing the curriculum

Classes will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the HMH Conference Center with lunch on your own.

Registrations MUST be receieved the Monday before the scheduled class date.
