HEALTHCARE HEROES

Horn Memorial takes great pride in providing quality, patient-centered care to all of our patients. But often there is someone special who really makes a difference to our patients or families during a visit to our facility. In order to properly recognize these staff members, Horn Memorial introduced the "Healthcare Hero" program in March 2013.

The Healthcare hero program is an opportunity for patients and their families to recognize that special someone who made a difference during a visit to one of our facilities. Brochures with the title "Who made a difference to YOU" are placed throughout the hospital and clinics.

So, the next time you are satisfied with your care or the overall atmosphere you felt while visiting us, we encourage you to take the time to say "thanks" to our staff. Even the smallest acknowledgement can go a long way in encouraging our staff to "keep up the good work"!

Jackie Crampton, ARNP and Staff

Jackie Crampton and all her staff are amazing! They go out of their way to meet your needs. They are the most caring and friendly group that I have been to. I can walk out of their office knowing that they respect the HIPAA law and not having to worry about confidentiality being broken. They go above and beyond anything that I have expected from a Dr.'s office. Without Jackie I feel that I would not have answers to my medical conditions. They really take their time, set-up appointments for specialist, and to just listen to your concerns. Again, Jackie and staff you guys are awesome!

John Burk and the Housekeeping Staff

John did a fantastic job on the floor in my room - the wax is deep and clear from wall to wall. Nice to see someone cared enough to see to a little detail like that- also a general hooray to housekeeping; they were very polite and efficient. Good Job Guys!

Dr. Charging Thunder

Dr. Charging Thunder was super, she has a great bedside manner, very supportive and a great doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.

SURGERY STAFF: Charlie, Kayla, Pam, Julie, Sami, & Linda

My two daughters ages 2 & 3 recently had ENT surgery. The entire surgery staff did an excellent job. My girls loved the bears Dr. Wellendorf gave them, and were so excited when Linda dressed them up like doctors! They played all day with the surgery masks and hats that they received.
