Happy Families Certification


Cindy Mildenstein RN, Community Health Nurse Manager, recently passed the testing to become a "Certified Family Support Supervisor" for Horn's Happy Families program. This certification strengthens Cindy's skills in managing Horn Memorial's Happy Families Program. Happy Families is a free program through Horn Memorial Community Health that promotes positive parenting and child health and development. This program is funded through Ida County Empowerment.
