Horn Memorial Community Health will be offering seasonal flu shots in October.

Clinics are available for individuals 19 years and older. "These clinics are for the seasonal flu vaccinations," states Patti Andrews, RN, "It is important for people to understand the seasonal flu vaccine does not provide protection against the H1N1 flu. The H1N1 vaccine is still being tested, but should be available soon."

A Medicare card or Medicare Advantage Plan card is required. Flu shots for all other individuals are $25.00. If you are homebound and would like to receive the flu shot, please call Horn Memorial Hospital at 364-3311 and ask for Community Health.
