I received a friendly welcome. Shyanna immediately completed check in forms and offered to assist with questions about insurance and Medicare. She assisted when I asked about coffee! (which was delicious). Her most friendly attitude and assistance relieved the stress I felt and I'm grateful for her help.

Julie Andresen

Julie is such a wonderful provider. She is compassionate, smart, and easy to talk to. No matter if it is myself or my family she is so down to earth. She never makes us feel silly for coming in. She listens, keeps us informed, and educated. Horn is lucky to have a provider like her.

Ciara Lindgren

When I was there getting a Prolia shot, I was talking about how expensive they were. Ciara went out to the desk and got me literature on Amgen support. She said this may help. Amgen support will assist with $1500 in benefits with the shot expense. I appreciate her going the extra mile to give this to me. Great experience at Horn Memorial!

Dotty Hoppe

Dotty gave excellent care, always quick to respond to my call light, always cheerful, efficient, and always went above and beyond what she would have to do. She is the whole package. I have worked with a lot of people in hospital settings, and I can tell you, she is one in a million. I would welcome her to any team I was on.

Surgery Staff

The surgical staff took good care of me when I had my surgery. They explained everything very well. They are passionate about everything they did from the time they took me back to the time I walked out the door.
