Horn Physicians Clinic Welcomes Jacqueline Crampton, Nurse Practitioner

Horn Physicians Clinic welcomes their newest provider, Jacqueline Crampton, ARNP. Jacqueline is a Masters-prepared graduate from Briar Cliff University. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and comes to Horn Physicians Clinic from her previous position of Obstetrical Nurse Manager at Horn Memorial Hospital.

Jacqueline comments, "I am anxious to make the transition from Registered Nurse to Nurse Practitioner. The new challenges that lie ahead are exciting! I look forward to forming relationships with my patients and working with them to promote good health practices."

In addition to the many services they offer, Nurse Practitioners can order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays; diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and other treatments; and manage patients' care. Instead of treating only an illness, Nurse Practitioners spend time treating the whole person, helping them realize how their decisions affect their health and well-being.

Horn Physicians Clinic is excited to welcome Jacqueline Crampton, ARNP to their team. "She will be a great asset to our practice," comments Dr. Al Veltri. "Her addition to our clinic is timely as we now, more than ever, need qualified providers to serve our community."
