The Horn Memorial Hospital Laboratory provides comprehensive diagnostic testing services for the hospital’s emergency department, inpatient and outpatient units, Horn Physicians Clinics, and area nursing home facilities. Our state-of-the-art laboratory, staffed by a highly experienced team of professionals, delivers accurate and timely diagnostic test results to support optimal patient care. Results are reported directly to your healthcare provider, ensuring fast, safe, and reliable results. Horn Memorial Hospital is certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), demonstrating our commitment to quality and excellence in laboratory services.

HMH offers a full range of comprehensive diagnostic services. A doctor’s order is required. No appointment is needed.

Specialty labs not performed at HMH are referred to Sanford Laboratories. Specimens are picked up daily by courier.
Pathology Services are provided by UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s, Sioux City Iowa
Horn Memorial offers Wellness Labs the first Tuesday of every month. Please call the lab at 712-364-3311 to schedule an appointment.
